How to eliminate puffy bags and dark circles under your eyes.

20'S

Puffy eyes in your 20s are usually brought on by lack of sleep, excess alcohol and salty food. Adopting a healthy lifestyle and drinking lots of water will help banish the eye puff.

For the free option and a quick fix simply pop a couple of cucumber slices on your lids for an instant wakening under-eye treat.

30'S

The skin begins to deteriorate in your 30s, becoming less plump and losing its elasticity. A rich and hydrating eye cream is a very good investment.

Look for products that feature caffeine and are rich in antioxidants to reduce collagen deterioration and tighten and firm the skin.

Massage products into the delicate skin around the eyes with small circular motions, focusing on the inner corners directly under the eye.

 40's

Skin now starts to become loose and crepey, so the trick is to choose eye creams that will improve the skin's texture. Look for products packed full of vitamin A, E and C.

For an instantly refreshing treatment pop two peppermint tea bags into cold water, squeeze out and apply to closed eyes.

50's

Your skin in your 50s has trouble holding moisture properly. The muscles are shifting and often make bags under the eyes more pronounced. Look for eye creams that contain omega-3 oils and lots of antioxidants to stimulate collagen and elastin, and deeply hydrate.

Eye patches and masks are great for boosting moisture, and regular use will help to reduce puffiness.
